Give Your Best On The First Try

Will there always be another chance if we did not give our best at our first try? Most of us take our first try for granted because we knew that there will always be another chance. Yes, chances never ran out but that doesn’t mean that we can take our first chance for granted. Just for example when in a job interview, many of us will not take this opportunity like it is our last because we knew from the beginning that there are more job interviews waiting for us. Instead of showing the interviewee that we really wanted the job we focus on our fears and we cannot answer them in the best way that we can. Another example is when we are listening to a speaker or someone who has an important message for us. We are not listening attentively because we know that we can still ask some questions at the end of his speech. What if we are not allowed to ask questions anymore? Chances really never ran out but the time that we have wasted cannot come back anymore, if we are not doing our best from the very start then our progress in life will slow a little bit or even very slow at all. Having the consciousness of doing our best anytime at any given situation will separate us from average people. Success will come automatically and our self image will change. People around us will treat us very special because they knew that we are special. Aside from that life never guarantees us anything so give your best everyday and become the best person that you can ever be.
